In light of the intense market pressures within communications markets, this workshop helps RPM's clients build and articulate management's vision, with the company's underlying values, so that the company's culture supports a rapidly growing, but effective and stable organization. This workshop highlights the means through which market leadership, innovation and risk is balanced against an equal need for organization and process.
